Replaced an existing enclosure that lasted 13 years. Delivered Friday, installation started Saturday morning. Installation Process - Dismantling and removing old sealant took several hours - don’t ignore this step, as proper surface prep determines whether your new sealant will hold. Cleaned and dried everything, then applied fresh silicone around the shower tray. Left to cure overnight before fitting the enclosure. Used a laser level to mark panel positioning which helped with accurate pillar placement. Total installation time was 5 hours including sealing the external edges. Important: do not seal the inside edges - doing so traps moisture and causes the enclosure to rot from within. Made one mistake: used the wrong screws initially, ended up purchasing M4 x 12 screws to complete the soft-close mechanism the next day. Manual & Parts Organisation: The manual could be clearer on part identification. Spent about an hour on Saturday figuring out what each item was and where it fitted and I still made a mistake. Other manufacturers label parts against the manual; this product doesn’t, which makes assembly unnecessarily frustrating. Delivery: Arrived on the scheduled date. However, inspect all packaging thoroughly before signing the delivery forms - Victorian Plumbing is only liable for damaged noted beforehand. My driver seemed unaware of this policy and wanted me to sign immediately. One box arrived damaged (luckily contents were find), but the message is clear: check first, sign later. Usage After One Week: Very happy with the result. Looks modern, the soft-close system performs well, and there have been no leaks or issues. The handle is quite large - purely personal preference, but worth noting. Verdict: Solid shower enclosure at a reasonable price point. Installation requires patience and careful preparation, but once fitted it performs reliably. Would recommend, provided you take time to read instructions carefully and inspect everything on delivery.

I am SO pleased with this. We have the longer version and have not had issues with the suction, although sometimes I make two attempts to stick it very securely. I tend to press each end against the wall with one hand and then do the suction clips and this works well - it just is not budging. I love the fact I can take it off to clean the shower tiles and potentially move it to different places in the house if needed. A really useful buy and I am considering buying the smaller one to take when we go away as a helpful support.

This has been a really helpful addition to the bathroom. It is being used to support Parkinson's which is so variable we wanted something relatively easy to use when needed and put to one side when less need and this fits the bill. The height adjustment was really welcome (6ft 2 man) and rotating seat is just a useful extra feature. Would recommend
