Have just fitted this seat. Took me longer than expected as I found lining parts up to be fiddly and needed a bit of a wiggle to get a nice fit to the toilet though. I can confirm the seat does not move and top fitting is a major improvement to the traditional bolts and washers. Very, very pleased
