Total Quality Control Failure

I already have this installed from a previous bathroom refurb (entire bathroom was Victoria Plum). I snagged the pump handle and cracked the screw collar so bought this to replace it on a like for like basis. I would have like to refresh the wall mount but...... The soap dispenser is exactly the same as the original but the holder has been changed to a shockingly bad product, the hoop on the mount is now too large and the dispenser moves around when you try to use it, I also had to re-use the original internal tube as the one supplied was about a third shorter than it should have been.
