Total Quality Control Failure

I already have these installed from a previous bathroom refurb (my entire bathroom was Victoria Plum). I broke one of the tumblers recently so bought 2 of these to replace them on a like for like basis. I would have liked to refresh the wall mounts but...... The tumblers are exactly the same as the originals but the holders have been changed to a shockingly bad product, the hoop isn't large enough to hold the tumbler at any position above the step and is now too large to effectively hold the tumbler at or below the step the tumbler tends to fall to one side in any of the 360 degree directions available to it.
