Nice looking toilet but let down by cheap seat and rubbish inners that had to be binned and replaced with better quality from toolstation

Delivery excellent. However slight (easily repaired) chip and a couple of substandard internal (but easily replaced) parts was a tad disappointing. Still all in all a good stylish product that fingers crossed is working well.

Great toilet at a great price and the service was excellent, I got a call 35 minutes before it arrived I think this is one of the best purchases I have done for a long time.

The toilet and cistern is lovely but the handle insubstantial. The cistern workings were of poor quality and would not work without serious adjustments. Having said all this it is good value for money.
