Parts missing
28th May 2025While an excellent quality shower set, it was disappointing to find that a single missing part (the round disk that covers the hole in the tiles) delayed the completion of the shower room by almost a week. VP doesn't have spare parts and we've waited 2 weeks already for any communication via VP with the manufacturer as to when this part will arrive. In the end, temporary parts were used and the builder has agreed to return when the final piece turns up.

Absolutely stunning
2nd May 2025This is a gorgeous shower and I love that it incorporates my bath taps also. It works perfectly however I do find the levers that switch the water on and off and the one that switches the shower head are a little flimsy, they move very easily but don't seem like they're built to last. I hope I'm mistaken (I've only had the bathroom installed for a month) and they last for many years to come.
