Ordered this toilet seat but when it arrived it was cracked. I emailed the support team and they were fab! They sent a replacement out straight away and it arrived in perfect condition.

The seat is extremely well made and the fitting instructions were easy to follow.

Good quality seat let down by very cheap plastic fixings which do not hold the seat in place

Bought this to replace very old Porcelanosa one, where soft close couldn’t be replaced. Looks and feels good quality, almost identical shape/size and excellent value for money (compared to the original manufacturer’s replacement!). Easy to fit. Happy to recommend
