Lovely product
Product arrived promptly, no issues whatsoever. Exactly what I was looking for and looks perfect in my bathroom. Will use Victorian Plumbing again.

Poor quality fixings
Good quality seat let down by very cheap plastic fixings which do not hold the seat in place

Dawn E from Essex - verified purchaser

Excellent replacement for very old one
Bought this to replace very old Porcelanosa one, where soft close couldn’t be replaced. Looks and feels good quality, almost identical shape/size and excellent value for money (compared to the original manufacturer’s replacement!). Easy to fit. Happy to recommend
