How We Gather Reviews

Thought it would be helpful to write a review 4yrs later. We have this in our Master en suite so not the heaviest use in the house. Last year we had to replace part or the flush mechanism (float) and now replacing the rest of it hence back on this site. The lever keeps getting jammed. Again all normal light usage. The toilet seat discoloured (no we didnt use harsh chemicals) and today has broken on the hinge. Summary is it looks lovely but really poor quality behind the scenes.

Great Toilet. Bit Misleading

We are very happy with the toilet in general. However, due to the photo I expected the item to come with a seat. I think this is a little misleading

Not happy at all

Apparently the toilet seat doesn’t come with the toilet so I have to buy it separately, but never mentioned on the description or else I could got it cheaper elsewhere online. Never again!
