Does this regulate flow by pulling handle out, then left / right for temp adjusting

To turn the Ultra Nostalgic Manual Shower on, pull the lever towards you. To turn the shower off push the lever away from you. Moving the lever left or right will alter the temperature from full hot to the left, through warm, to full cold on the right. Hope this helps.

will this shower work from the water supply from a combi boiler? is it a Thermostatic Dual Control Shower Mixer ?

Hi Ian, Yes this works with a hot water supply from a combi boiler, your supply should be between 0.1 and 4 bar. It isn't a thermostatic valve though, for this function i would recommend product number AG302A3170, which can be searched in the search bar at the top of the page.
