Looking for an easy-to-use fixture to complete your bidet? Try the Modern Douche Thermostatic Bar Valve with Spray Kit. This Cruze douche shower spray kit comes with a thermostatic valve, shower head and hose – there's even a wall mounting bracket with fixings to stow the head neatly. Simply push the trigger on the showerhead to release the water and control its flow. The temperature's controlled separately so you can tweak the balance of hot and cold water to your liking. This thermostatic shower spray is made from durable solid brass and comes with a gleaming chrome plating.

Looks Good shame about the shower leaver

The build quality is good. Looks good when installed. I didn't chase the pipes into the wall as I live in an old Edwardian house and would have been quite messy, instead I turned the two pipe tails from the hot and cold pipes through 90 degrees using two 15mm x 3/4 washing machine elbows and fitted the unit to them. Works a treat but a word to the wise, ensure the two pipe tails are well supported. My only gripe is that the leaver arm on the shower head is far to short to obtain any real leverage and should have been longer to overcome the water pressure. The water pressure in my property is not great but even so the leaver has prover to be troublesome.

Good quality product and fits perfectly flush to the wall. If it isn't your builder is being lazy. I knocked off one star as it didn't come with the flanged backnuts required to secure it in place to the back of tile which made me run around and being less than £2 from you usual hardware stores not sure why not included

Hi, It is recommended that you install isolating valves to both the hot & cold feeds to the Cruze Modern Douche Thermostatic Bar Valve with Spray Kit, which would allow safe isolation of the unit. Thanks. Technical Team.

Can this be used as an outdoor shower as Im looking for an outdoor mixer tap to clean the dogs but one that is thermostatically controlled. Aplumber told me that a Bidet (Muslim) shower would be suitable for my needs.

Can I know which pipe connection (hot and cold) is on top of the other? Like which one is up as per photo (cold or hot)

Hi There, Thank you for your question. The fitting instruction for this item does confirm. The hot water must be fitting in line with the red dot at the bottom of the mixer. This meaning the cold will be on top and the hot at the bottom. Kind Regards.
