Thermostatic Mixer Tap

We were after thermostatic tap that had easy handles to turn as we've noticed some of the more expensive ones can tend to be a little more fiddley and this one certainly works well on that point. It feels nice and robust and works well and easy to operate. The price was very good compared to the others!!!! The only downside was the style, but sometimes functionality is more important.

Several Problems

The item arrived and immediately upon fitting we realised that the shower hose was split with the results you can imagine. VP replaced the part after about a week. Within a couple of months water started coming through the bath/shower selector knob. A few months later the tap began dripping unless shut as tight as possible. This has worsened over time and we now need to get a replacement cartridge. I'm hoping that will be the end of the problems.
