We have has this shower recently fitted and it is very Noisy when in the shower cubicle - which ruins having a shower

Hi Paul,
This noise could be possibly coming from the pump it is known as acoustic noise from the pump motor, I would suggest if under warranty put a warranty visit request in, if not then the manufacturer will do costed site visits.
