Easy to fit - metal fittings (pipes) not as substantial (smaller diameter) as my last shower and vertical pipe cannot not be adjusted for verticality (fixed in position) but it is a more powerful shower overall.

This comes with a 5-year Mira warranty. But don't call them they are useless. The shower after a year generated an annoying leak - called out Mira and they fixed it but actually made it worse. So now I am left with an expensive shower with a permanent leak. I bought Mira for the lasting quality. The shower when it worked fine was beautiful. No complaints, although after 6 months the chrome in the thermostatic valve started to peel away and although not noticeable from afar its not great for the price.

is the head stainless steel or plastic

The description mentions an On/Off/Diverter control. Does this control allow you to adjust the flow rate of the shower or is it simply an On or Off control?
