I have had this shower for about 3 years and now it is making a high pitch noise when in use. What could be causing it ? How can I get it repaired?

Hello,
Thank you for your question.
This would normally be a cartridge issue with the shower, normally debris stuck in there.
This can normally be fixed by taking these out and servicing the part. (a good deep clean).
If not we could only suggest contacting the manufacture of the item.
