Item when delivered was well packaged. The contents of the box was excellent with all the chrome elements in nice cloth covers to protect them. The only thing i would say is it comes with the off set connectors which are awkward to fit so i brought the straight bar fixing kit which proved easier. Overall the shower is great looks the part and was pretty straightforward to install

Worth paying a little more for the 300mm shower head. The shower was delivered with the standard head as well so either can be used. Only negative is that the hand held shower head is feels quite poor quality.
