Some Problems but Looks Nice

The basin arrived with a black mark on it. It took a week to receive the new one, they told us we could throw the first one away then we couldn't. Then someone was coming to collect it but they didn't turn up. Absolute nightmare! Now it's in it looks nice and works fine. Customer service is an issue!
