Product Information

Bring a clean, contemporary finish to your bathroom with the Metro rimless close coupled toilet. Designed in a crisp white ceramic with a compact 650mm projection, it offers a neat modern look that works especially well in smaller bathrooms without compromising on everyday comfort.

This close coupled design combines the pan and cistern for a streamlined appearance, while the semi flush-to-wall form helps keep pipework more discreet for a tidier overall result. The wrap over seat completes the look and includes a soft close action to reduce noise and help prevent slamming.

Built for easy day-to-day maintenance, the rimless pan has no hidden rim area for dirt and germs to collect, making cleaning simpler and improving hygiene. A quick release seat also allows easier access for thorough cleaning, while the dual push-button flush offers practical water-saving performance.

With its modern styling, round seat shape and polished white finish, this toilet is a smart choice for contemporary family bathrooms, en-suites and cloakrooms alike.

How We Gather Reviews

Good toilet

Only minor drawback is the flush button had to be held in for a few seconds but works and quickly get used to it

Karen G from Merseyside - verified purchaser

Great product, shame about the delivery

This is a great toilet. Looks good and fits our space. What was less good was the delivery. Nearly a week late, cistern broken (now replaced, thank you) in a box that's ripped to pieces. Not a good first impression

Bob from London

Lovely modern toilet, good flush and quiet refill. Nice neat looking soft close seat, all looks really smart!

Deborah D from Staffordshire - verified purchaser

Excellent service

Toilet was delivered quickly and efficiently. Product in perfect condition. Delivery driver was very helpful. Would definitely purchase goods from this company again.

Maureen W from Aberdeenshire - verified purchaser

Good, but an installation item was not included.

For some reason this toilet came without the bracket kit for attaching the bowl to the floor. The instructions said it was not included but I don't recall seeing that on the site when I ordered. I could be wrong, but why wouldn't that kit be included? Rather than waste time waiting for another delivery, and paying another £9, I improvised with two blocks of wood and 6 screws.

Review From Trustpilot

good quality

customer- verified purchaser

Very happy with the product.

Looks elegant, and the right size for a medium bathroom. Strong flush with a single press on one of the dual flush buttons, and also rapid refill of the cistern. Well recommend it

Hi, Yes you could exit either left or right "But" you may have to set the toilet pan & cistern off the wall approx. 10mm, normally you can use rubber tap washers as your spacers it also has a benefit in that the cistern lid tends to fit better. Thanks. Technical Team.

How do you adjust the soft close on the seat lid please? To tighten it up,

Asked by James

ANSWER

Technical Team. replied on 7th October 2021

Hi, You can make adjustments to the bolts that hold the seat in place to fix a loose toilet seat. The only reason you would need to adjust soft-close hinges is if your soft-close seat is not closing at the right speed. Thanks. Technical Team.
