Luxury D-Shape Soft Close Quick Release Top Fixing Toilet Seat - NTS004

This Luxury D-Shape soft close toilet seat comes with a top fixing system. This fixing system is sometimes the only option when access for fitting is problematic. The top fixing toilet seat is in a white plastic. The quick release mechanism makes cleaning easy. Slide the button in the middle to release the seat for cleaning.

Top fixing assembly is particularly useful when access is unavailable to fix seat to pan - e.g. enclosed BTW pan or in a particular awkward place to fix using the conventional bolt-up-type from underneath.

I haqve a six-year old 'Bathstore' fitting which looks like your NTS 004 seat but is a quick-release top fix type, fitting onto two steel pegs which protrude when you remove the seat. Idon't mind changing the whole seat but what are the chances that I will be able to remove the original seat -holding-down fitting/Kind regards,Geoff.

The width shows 370mm from the back - does this narrow towards the start of the 'd' ) arc?

Hi there DJ, I've measured this seat and it does taper from 370mm at the rear of the seat, to approximately 360mm to the start of the curve. Hope this helps.
