Well Finished Radiator

Perfect for our retro styled bathroom. Disappointed it arrived with damage. V.P were slow in their comms but great in that they sent a replacement out before receiving the return. This helped reduce delays with the job. They took a couple of weeks to collect the return after a couple of emails from me. Overall, very happy & would buy again.

Should the top towel rail heat up to the same temperature as the rest of it?

Hi, Yes the top rail should get hot the same as the rest of the radiator, what may be the problem is that you may need to bleed the radiator as it sounds to me as if there may be air in the radiator. Thanks. Technical Team.
