Are your units waterproof?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately not. Under no circumstances should any spillages or splashes - even water - be allowed to lie on any surface. All spillages and splashes should be wiped dry, failure to do so will shorten the life of the product and could invalidate any guarantees. Kind Regards.

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch via Live Chat or by emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this via the help centre.
Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.
