Heritage - Traditional Cistern Lever - Vintage Gold

I was overjoyed to find a direct replacement for my seized Vernon Tutbury unit after all this time. Unfortunately the 1st unit had a cracked section at the top of the ceramic handle which then fell out! The unit was rapidly replaced under the 5yr guarantee by the extremely pleasant and efficient customer service person. The registering of the product to enjoy the guarantee was a nightmare however. The website didn't work twice and the identification of the product was problematic however.

After just over 20 years of daily use, the shaft of the original Heritage cistern lever corroded and snapped. This item, which includes all the components including the plastic lever arm, fitted perfectly and was also fairly reasonably priced.

This proved to be an exact replacement for the 25year old lever that had worn out. The new handle fitted the tank profile and only took 15 minutes to fit. A quality item that I was happy to pay a little more for.
