Works fine. Good finish. The plumber had no problems fitting. There is a restricted water flow which I’m not used to but I suppose it’s to save water and I’m getting used to it. First shower hose I’ve ever used which has a concave array of jets and so focuses the spray inwards rather than sprays outwards. I’m getting used to that too. The temperature adjustment is via a small Allen key which is supplied but the grub screw which secures the single control in position needs another small size which is not supplied. The control always feels a little loose so the heavy handle threatens to drag it downwards. Could do with more friction to stop it rotating.

My plumber fitted this for me last week and I am so pleased with it. the quality and finish are superb it has given my bathroom a second lease of life. My plumber said it was easy to fit too. The picture really does not do it justice. for the price it is a real asset. It was so easy to buy from the website and when I spoke to the sales team they were so helpful.
