Brought for my parents as they wanted a pull cord light, They wanted a simple light as they have a pattern wallpaper . Will look nice when they put it up.

Nice wall light, attractive modern design. I've fitted a 5w 3000k LED, which is a warm light. I'm fitting in an awkward position with cabling directly beneath, embedded in solid wall. The installation download shows a simple 2-hole bracket, which would allow me to use one of the existing screw holes (from previous light fitting) and the other new one would be well away. However, the instructions are misleading. Instead of a bracket, there is a very solid raised backplate with 4 mounting holes, all of which needed to be new to allow the rather short cable to pass through the backplate grommet. My cable detector fortunately worked OK, so I was able to get the holes drilled without too much excitement. Job done. I'm pleased with it, there are not many pull switch wall lights available, and this one represents good value. The dimensions are approx 23 cm wide x 26 tall. The curved shade is satin finish plain translucent glass, and there's a white opaque square, 15 x 15 cm, concealing the bulb and fitting in the centre of it.

Exact same as previous broken light so just swap them out for nice new clean ones. Very happy . Been looking for a year or so for replacement so these fitted great - no drilling new holes etc

Looks more expensive than cost.
