Fitting the Toilet Seat
Top Fitting Seat - I am not a plumber but managed to get round all the problems. Lot of problems getting out the old rusted fittings of the old seat. The parts supplied to fit the new seat did not work because the holes in the top of the pan were fractionally to small. Managed by a combination of grinding off some of the porcelain and finding some plugs I happened to have managed to fit the seat.

top fitting were not easy to fix. ressorted for bottom fixing (didn't want that as the access was very difficult). So we had to get a plumbing company (they struggled too) to help at big expense! not use if this a universal problem! the seat itself is very good quality.

Excellent quality toilet seat, the gest we have ever purchased. However, toilet seat fittings and design had changed since we last purchased a toilet seat. My husband phoned Croydex to get advice because the toilet seat was moving, they was off the scale as regards being helpful, absolutely outstanding, they even posted via DHL an replacement fitting, no fault to Croydex. Just study and take time to read the instructions for fitting. Definitely worth the money, quality worth five stars. Delivery excellent via DHL, as for the packaging, my husband had never received any item so professionally, securely packaged. Unbelievably outstanding. Honestly, treat yourself, will not be disappointed.
