Excellent overall quality but slightly disappointed with the quality of the shower head. Not as solid as the tap itself, however it enables an adequate shower experience. Note there is no shower head rest so it needs attaching to a wall or the hose gets in the way of the bath. I didn’t realise this on purchase.

Looks Fantastic but Lacks Compatibility

The product looks fantastic as much of the Chatsworth items do, however the connection for the shower head projects out and clashed with our tiles so we had to get another product. Ideally the pipework connections would be angled or have a bend to accommodate!

A word of warning !

These taps look pretty good for the money but beware if fitting onto a roll top bath. Wife uses the shower head to rinse hair and due to the design of the shower head and the big offset of the head holder to the rear of the taps, the head is impossible to empty and the water held in the head drips down the back of the bath and creates a pool on the floor. Also the selector knob feels like it will break at any time. Just be aware.

If You Have a Roll Top Bath...

The tap looks nice, a couple of issues in the year we have been using it. If you have a roll top bath I would instead look for a tap that overhangs the bath itself. With the vertical taps your wet hands leave water on the rim of the bath. Also the shower head can drip a reasonable amount of water when you hang it back in the cradle which can splash behind the bath. The shower attachment hose now has split near the head, and the white rubber protector around the head rim is splitting also. We live in a hard water location and I think this is causing issues with the tap to shower lever, which now has a crunch movement.
