What are the flexible tail sizes to fit this tap 1/2" or 3/8"..?

Been advised to change current waterfall taps as low water pressure would this tap suit low water pressure.

Hi Maisey, If what you have is a "gravity-fed" hot water system then you will need to get a Plumber / Tradesperson to check your outlet's Bar Pressure at the tap. Normally, with gravity-fed hot water systems, there will be insufficient water pressure. Thank You. Technical Team.
