Summer Heating Element: A "Summer Heating Element" is a device in towel radiators that uses electricity to operate independently of the central heating system. It’s useful in summer for warm, dry towels even when the central heating is off. The radiator becomes ‘dual fuel’, using either electricity or the heating system. It includes safety features like a thermostat and a thermal fuse.

Dual Fuel Radiator: Can be connected to the central heating system, and also to the electric socket.
