I was so disappointed in Victorian Plumbing, after previous great experience. Had to chase the order 3 times. I chose Victoria Plumbing over other providers, as I checked with them that they had the product in stock and there would be no delay dispatching. They said yes so I ordered. This was untrue and the product took weeks to come in to stock. Then I was told it was dispatched only to call to discover there was a tech glitch and it had not. 3 weeks after it was due, it finally arrived. Their courier charged £189 for a £200 product that did not need the pallet it was sent on. Overall good product but feel robbed on the delivery charge and trust is broken with Victorian Plumbing. The £600 of stuff i order 2 weeks before came without a hitch. Something went seriously wrong this time VP.
