When this tap arrived I was very impressed at it in real life, on the pictures it looked slightly bulkier, however it was extremely well finished, slick, and really well proportioned when it arrived. I paid more for next day delivery on the 22nd of December, and it arrived on the 23rd of December during the busy period of Christmas, so I was very impressed by this service! The 20 years guarantee is brilliant and a big sales point for me, it comes with everything i needed to install, and i would recommend this tap to friends and family. I am very happy with how it looks and happy with the value for money!
