Well, I'm definitely gonna PUSH this company ! I bought this BC Designs Close coupled toilet £249 with chrome bits and the fancy 99 quid Black soft close seat...Look at the stock picture of it... it's just cute. Anyways... took me longer to take the old one out than install this new one. So easy - and a perfect quality product (pretty rare these days as you know) I'm a grumpy duff , so I actually went to Formby showroom to collect it - thought it better to inspect it there - and it was all good... Great showroom packed with stuff - gave me the chance to see the INSIGNIA & VIDALUX shower cabins (be buying one of those off 'em next ) No worries here folks ! ... There was a small issue with that seat but they resolved it swiftly as for their customer service AWESOME.. just popped on live chat and they sorted it in less than 5 minutes.. quicker than a phone call - so don't be put off that they have no landline. (Pssst... I think they do have a landline - I heard it ring when I was trawlin around the place) So now you know !.. Don't waste ya money on TOSH... buy here - give these ya DOSH !

This really is superb - well worth the wait (7 or 8 weeks in our case). Beautifully made, arrived well-packaged. We've not fitted it yet, but the only issue we can see is that the drain hole is central and not offset as shown in the dimensions page here - not a huge problem but all the waste piping is now in the wrong place and will be a pain to move. Overall though we are delight with this bath.
