Thermostatic cartridge started playing up after only a year
7th January 2026Looks great and works great until it is let down by the thermostatic cartridge. Our started playing up after less than a year, and now you can only have either a freezing cold or scolding hot shower, as all modulation is lost. On reading the reviews for the replacement cartridge item, it seems these cartridges are very poor quality, with numerous people having the same problem. So yes, nice shower, but factor in you'll have to spend £50 every year or so ongoing to keep replacing cheap thermostatic cartridges.

7th January 2026Product exactly as specified, no issues with build quality and initially the perfect finishing touch to our new bathroom BUT has started to rust after only 3 or 4 months post installation. Won't be doing chrome next time....

Bit flimsy
5th January 2026The overflow cap is a bit flimsy to me and generally having a push click waste is not something I’ve enjoyed. Wish I went for a turn knob one instead.
