Tube too short

Looks good but inner tube is too short by 2”. I have queried this with Victorian Plumbing and query has been forwarded to supplier but no reply after 2 weeks. Still don’t know whether mine is a mistake or whether they are all like this. A 1m tube of the correct width from Amazon costs £3.99! Or you could use a Heath Robinson extension using a bit of wider tube over the end. No other dispensing bottle in the house had a tube of the correct width and length for the soap dispenser. Very disappointed .
