Trade Radio Competition Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS to win “ £1000 Trade Credit” (the “Competition”).

1. COMPETITION AND HOW TO WIN. The competition is for new trade account signups to win £1000 credit to spend with Victorian Plumbing. To do this, entrants will need to enter via https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/create-trade-account and have not previously ordered with us. All new, approved accounts will be entered into a draw to win £1000 credit.

2. ENTRY PLATFORM AND PRICE. Enter online at https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/create-trade-account

Applying for a trade account is FREE.

3. DATES Start Date and End Date. The competition entry will start at 8.00 am on Monday 7th February 2022 and will end at 5.30 pm on Friday 1st April 2022 (“End Date”). Entries or new trade account sign-ups received after this time will not be eligible for entry into the competition. The winner(s) will be chosen at random under the supervision of an independent observer and will be contacted by our Trade team within 30 days of the End Date to the email address provided on creation of the Trade Account.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS. You must be a registered UK company or a listed sole trader trading in the UK that is not directly associated with Victorian Plumbing. Trade orders can only be delivered to a UK address.

APPROVAL - To be approved for a Victorian Plumbing Trade Account, you must be able to prove to our satisfaction that you carry on business and must have proof of business.

DISAPPROVAL - Any applications which are not approved, at our discretion, will NOT be entered into the prize draw.

FINAL AND BINDING – The decision of Victorian Plumbing regarding approval of trade accounts and any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

5. THE PRIZE One amount of £1000.00 will be awarded to the winner(s) of the competition in the form of credit.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize must be used within 6 months from the date of winning.

6. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries. Victorian Plumbing will not sell your details to any third party companies. Your details will remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. If you have, your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS Victorian Plumbing must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Victorian Plumbing may publish the name of the business that is the prize winner, together with the county in which it is established. If you object to any or all of your details being published please contact brenna.ryan@victorianplumbing.co.uk. In this event, we must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8. MISCELLANEOUS.

a) Entries must be approved trade accounts prior to the draw date.

b) Accounts must be brand new and be operated by businesses that have not ordered from us before.

c) Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the Competition / the Prize.
