Packaging was Used
The product was second hand or just the box was used & taped up. There were no instruction just drawings on the used package. I was about to return but my builder couldn’t come back in time and said the parts were all there and he had screws in case. He managed to put it up, it looks good and does the job. The curtain hooks do catch on the join so plan exactly where it will be put up. Also plan where the ceiling supports will go in advance of cutting. It does mould to any shape.

Are the ceiling mounts movable along the rail?

If I had a curved bath line I wanted to span (The short straight end, long curved side of a corner/offset bath) would it be feasible to join 2 of these together? I appreciate the join might not allow hooks to travel smoothly from one rail to the other.

i have quite a low ceiling !! is it possible to fit directly to the ceiling with out any space in between

Hello there, Thanks for your question. It is possible, but to do so you would have to cut your support rods down to a minimum - leaving just a small gap. Hope this helps!
