Nothing like as advertised

These tiles look beautiful in the advert but are full of flaws which look like cracks and the pattern repeats regularly. The colour is inconsistent on many tiles and they look awful when laid down. We sent them back which was a nightmare as we had 60 sq metres. They had to be hand moved up the drive by my husband and many packs were broken off the pallet, then back down again to be returned. The return staff were very accommodating. However, they were left sat on the kerbside for collection for three nights as the delivery pick failed to turn up twice. We are still waiting for a refund which I have been informed will be when they are received back in the warehouse. They were collected one week ago.

Tiles

Great tiles, slightly pricey. However with the sale that was on the tiles worked out better than anywhere else. They have a great look and have completely changed the look of our kitchen!

Beautiful soft tiles

These are very large, beautiful tiles. Our tiler reported they are great to work with and very good quality. They are lighter and the colour is not so defined and differentiated as the photograph but that might be as they are in a north facing bathroom.
