A good well made shower trap, but, if you are fitting a shower tray with a riser kit that needs a base board then this trap can be very difficult to fit as the outlet is parallel with the shower tray underside. You have to fit a 45 bend on the outlet or cut a lot of the base board away to fit your pipe. Unless you relay need an ultra shallow trap go for another kind.

Maybe, and I mean "maybe", it would be ok for use in a house, but it definitely doesn't stop drain odours in my flat on the 5th floor! Admittedly, I have an excellent sense of smell, but others could smell it too. I ended up having to remove the cover and use a silicone drain cover, which is a shame. It does flow well and has a clever catch for hair etc... but I have regrets.
