good looking toilet seat.

Easy to install, according to my husband, and should be easy to lift off for a deeper clean. There is a small transparent domed "dot" included in the package, no explanation what it is or what it's for. It's not shown or mentioned in the description. I'd be grateful if anyone could shed some light on it.
