How We Gather Reviews
Genius product!
As someone who has never had anything to do with plumbing (I didn't even know taps had an aerator!), I optimistically hoped working this out would be relatively straightforward and despite having no knowledge of this sort of task, once I'd found the instructions and instruction pictures hidden away in the leaflet, it was. I managed to remove the aerator from the kitchen tap, which has a movable arm and a big sink so good for washing my hair, and after some puzzling, managed to attach the new aerator. I managed to lose the washer but used the one from the removed aerator, and after a few tries managed to get it all tightened so no leaks. It really is a clever product and does the job perfectly. Nice hose as well. The only slight design fault is the (very clever) quick release for the hose, as because of the design the water comes out at an odd angle on one side. It would be better if there was a 'close' mechanism so the aerator didn't have a gap. But despite this, a really great product.

Simple and easy to use
Tap connection is super easy to use and fit. Makes it easy to take off and store shower hose kit, when not using. Tap can then be used as normal.

Very impressed with this item. Easy to attach to tap and very useful as replacement for hand held shower attachment which no longer worked and could not be repaired.

The largest fitting is still too small
As stated its a well made product strong however I was not here hence the late review I did email to enquire about the chance of you having a larger tap fitting unfortunately no response, it would be good to hear from you on this. Thank you

Worth it
Decent piece of kit. Bought for a temporary shower so hose wasn't long enough, but adaptor was spot on.

ANSWER
Shaun replied on 31st May 2019
Hi Elinor,
This Wenko Chrome Shower Hose Kit is supplied with an adaptor for internal (M24) and external (M22) tap threads. Unfortunately, the tap you have installed does not appear to be these size.
Please email: info@victorianplumbing.co.uk , with the thread measurements of your tap.
All the best,
Shaun
Will this fit a square shaped tap

Hello Sandra,
Thanks for the enquiry! This Wenko hose kit will fit most tap shapes so long as they have the required thread size to fix to. For this product you will require a tap with a spout connection of internal (M24) or external thread (M22).
All the best!
Shaun
