Victorian Traditional Ceramic and Chrome Flush Pull

The chain was very weak and broke in half on the first flush. I had it repaired and on the 3rd flush the chain broke in 3 places. Very disappointing.

I knew as soon as I unpacked it that the chain would not last, so I kept the old one. Chains one PULLS on need to be either thick or welded links- this is neither. TBF it's cheap and I can manage with the old chain, but still DISAPPOINTING.

The chain broke after 3 days

The product is beautiful but the chains were not strong enough. I bought three new chains to replace old ones for a new children’s setting. We were very disappointed as all three chains kept breaking. I have bought stronger chains and these have worked so we are now delighted with the product.

The chain is not strong enough for the actual pull. The pull is very heavy and the chain is of poorer quality. It is a real shame as it is currently on the floor as I've got to go and find a sturdy chain from another shop. Would have been perfect if the chain was fit for purpose as the pull itself is good quality.

Bought this toilet chain pull as a replacement for an older version which had got damaged. Initially I thought it was a good replacement. Ceramic pull is solid and heavy but chain is extremely poor and snapped after 3 days. We ended up putting our old chain back up as that chain was solid. This is made of links that aren't even welded together. We have another in another bathroom that came with a new toilet recently (not Victorian plumbing) and you can see the difference in chain quality. This is OK if you just want the ceramic pull.

Item as described, better even. Heavy weight to the handle means it doesn’t bash against the wall. Chain is better quality than the ball type ones, more sturdy and less likely to break from use.

Good heavy chain and handle. Chain a little short for me but the drop is ridiculously long - excellent quality and worth the money.
