Absolutely brilliant service and quality item. Had a problem with a part missing in the toilet seat pack, rang them and they sent me a new toilet seat within 24h and I still have the old one with one missing part here...anyone want it? brand new d-shape ...lol...just joking. Seat cracked and need to remove the seat, how do I do this as fitters did not leave any instructions,.?

Hi,
If you go on to the Victorian Plumbing website and enter the product code NTS002, this is the replacement seat for the toilet which you have.
If you click on the installation link it shows how to fit the toilet seat all you need to do is the reverse.
