Cannot fault both service or the quality of the item. The only downside is that the fixtures came with no screws, although saying that I don't think it would have made any difference as they would have been standard like the one's we have already, which unfortunately are useless anyway as they holes they are meant to fit into to are now too big and the screws have no bite.Sadly we've had to just buy a new toilet seat as without screws that fit, and not being able to use longer screws cause of the width of the seat, it was pointless trying to repair.
