The Universal 1600 Front bath panel from Trojan is designed to be used with rectangular baths. The panel is 1600mm long and is made from moulded high impact styrene, 2mm thick. The panel has a stepped design to give it it's own character.

Should the cutting of bath panels be necessary (due to pipe work / skirting boards) a small fine toothed saw or sharp knife is recommended

Should the cutting of bath panels be necessary (due to pipe work / skirting boards) a small fine toothed saw or sharp knife is recommended
- Fit panel/s into position, locate top flanges of the panels to the underside of the bath between the wooden frame and rim of the bath
- Ensure the panel/s are set vertical and if required the end panel is located behind the front panel
- To secure the panel to the wall use a piece of timber secured to the wall vertically. For the floor we recommend some rebated blocks set equal distances apart
- Small mirror screws can be used to secure the panel against the timber blocks. Alternatively Velcro or Magnetic strips can be used to create a concealed fixing.

Product fine but slightly damaged in transit
The bath panel is fine, just as described. However, despite having cardboard packaging it did get a little damaged, presumably in transit. We can still use it but more secure packaging for what it quite a flimsy item might be worth considering.
