The valve requires a minimum water pressure of 0.5 bar. For gravity-fed systems, a negative or universal pump (sold separately) is recommended. Positive pumps are not compatible.

How We Gather Reviews

Very good and nice looking but...

The grub screws that hold in the back bracket that secures the head to the wall are too short. After screwing the bracket onto the wall, then placing the head on the bracket, the head is then secured with M5 x 6mm grub screw. The screw is far too short. It screws in so much that on the inside the grub screw is basically held in by 2 threads, of which failed and the head became lose with no force or pressure on the head. I had to use a longer cap head screw to secure the head properly until I got time to go get a longer grub screw. Only a small thing but still annoying when you want to get the job completed. Would have been 5 stars for everything if it wasn't for the grub screws.

Lacking detail

To swap the top and bottom connectors for a hose at the bottom. 1) No documented size for 12mm Allen key in documentation and online support unable to help. 2) Length of thread on connector for hose is too short so once hose is screwed on to unit it leaks out of the connector on the hose as rubber washer not fully pushed tight to make a seal.

A good replacement for the shower control. The cartridge can be replaced individually but it requires stripping down the unit. Replacing the whole unit is far easier and only costs about £25 more but no dismantling of the controller is involved.

Hi, I am just wanting the valve as I already have a shower hose/head fitted. Can my shower hose be fitted to the bottom of this valve, rather than the top (as shown in your pictures)?

My hot & cold outlets were plumbed in on wrong side. Can this valve be installed upside down with the control handle on top. This would resolve my problem.
