Gravity Fed Systems:

Shower Valve

This is a replacement as we live in a hard water area and the previous valve had to be replaced after only 24 months. Only time will tell but not your fault.

Stephen McNaught from London - verified purchaser

Lovely, but Unreliable

I loved this thing when it was installed, it looked great and produced tonnes of perfect temperature water with a smooth motion. Unfortunately, after only a few months it started randomly jamming, becoming difficult to turn off and so stiff it started unscrewing the body before shutting off the water! We got a warranty replacement of the cartridge, but again the problem has come back after a few months. It’s still less than 12 months old!

Robert Gallen from Reading

6th February 2024

Unreliable

It looks nice, and worked well for the first year, but has since has two replacement cartridges since installation. Fitted in 2021, used everyday as a family shower, we have gone through two cartridges since, both times outside of the guarantee 12 month period. Flimsy quality, but its cheap so maybe that's reflected in the build. Wouldn't recommend.

Richard Carter from London

Failed Twice

We've had this for two years now. The cartridge failed during warranty, and we were sent a replacement, which has now done the same thing. Fitted by two different professional plumbers, so not an issue our end, just a poor product unfortunately. Will be replacing the whole thing as we're not buying another new cartridge every year! Avoid.

Badly Made Shower Valve

When first fitted by qualified plumber, the valve worked fine. Shutting off at half past as illustrated. After a few weeks of use, the handle has become really stiff and now shuts off at quarter to position. I’m afraid in a while we won’t be able to turn on at all.

So far this is a great product. Easy to use especially if hands aren't as nimble as they used to be. No force required, works very well and looks great.
