The Traditional Dual Exposed Thermostatic Shower Valve from Ultra offers thermostatic showering with two easy to operate controls, one operates flow control whilst the other allows temperature selection. To be used with a rigid riser or slide rail kit. Suitable for all types of plumbing installation this valve has the added safety benefit of a built in anti-scald device should the cold water supply fail. The Traditional Dual Exposed Thermostatic Shower Valve adds a touch of sophistication and elegance in any bathroom.

  • Thermostatic control to +/- 2°C- even if the water pressure fluctuates.
  • Full thermal protection to prevent scalding in the event of hot or cold water shut off.
  • In the event of hot or cold water failure, the valve will shut down within 1.5 seconds.
  • The patented cartridge is highly resistant to calcium build up - even in hard water areas.
  • Our valves are suitable for use with all systems: gravity fed, pumped, unvented high pressure or fully modulated combi-boilers.
  • Excellent flow rates - even at low pressure.
  • Our valves can deliver 5.5 litres per minute at 0.1 bar pressure.
  • The cartridge is fully reversible, meaning if hot and cold supplies are the wrong way round, it doesn't need re-plumbing.
  • Simply remove the cartridge, turn 180 degrees and replace.
  • Smooth Operation with Quality Components
  • Water Pressure: LP1 - 0.1 bar pressure minimum

    Great shower valve

    Looks traditional but with modern thermostatic functionality. Being exposed is an advantage in that it's easy to get to in case of any leak in the future, but having said that the build quality feels very good and it was great value. delivered quickly too.
