Happy Family
Pleased with the advice received from Victoria Plumbing to replace a 2016 shower valve. Had thought to save on costs to replace just the internal cassette part of the valve but plumber installed new complete valve more quickly and works perfectly.

It has replaced an old worn out model and has done the job perfectly. I particularly liked the way the cartridge could be reversed to allow hot and cold feeds to be reversed.
