hit and miss ...
first one i received was a nightmare to fit and would not stop leaking from around the black nut at the bottom. then the click clack part seized up and wouldn't work ! had to order another one that came with a completely different click clack design , better clear washer on the bath side and sealed up no problem ...if you get one where the entire click clack mechanism isnt removable send it back as this is a poor design and will be trouble to fit.

Beautiful finish to a new bath
The square plug is a beautiful finish to a new bath, however it is not suitable for those baths with the plug hole in the middle not at the end. It sits proud of the bath floor and if in the middle of the bath this becomes a huge problem!! Otherwise it is lovely.

I bought this & love it but was just wondering how you clean your plug as it doesn't seem. to come away from the bath. My old one you could just lift up and then remove hair from the plug.

Hello, Thank you for your question. The cover plate on the bath waste should be able to be turned anti-clockwise, this will allow it to be removed. This should then give access to the catch tray in the waste. Kind Regards.
