Missing Item

Love the bath, ordering and delivery was superb but my bath was missing the chrome overflow cap. Sent photos - came back with it’s not included. I sent photos saying it’s listed as coming in with item…no response other than a link to buy a black one. I’m still waiting for a solution - don’t care if I need to buy one but there isn’t one listed. Real shame because I can highly recommend the bath and service up to this point.

Trap Not Included

Whilst everything is good with this bath, they unfortunately do not provide the trap you need to install it with, which the standard ones don't fit as the waste sits so low. So will have to get a grinder out to cut the floor tiles some more.
