Essential Care of Your Unit:
To protect your macerator from both lime scale deposits and waste residue we recommend that you use a suitable Cleanser / Descaler. First, Disconnect the macerator power supply and pour an amount of cleanser into the pan. Leave it to stand for 1-2 hours before reconnecting the macerator power supply. Finally, Rinse by operating the flushing system twice.
It is recommended to carry out this operation Once every 3 months on average. However, the frequency may need to be changed depending on the hardness of the water and usage.

I recently had this Macerator fitted and there's a constant trickle of water into the pan which means the pump is triggered every 5 minutes 24/7. I've tried to adjust the ballcock but it reverts back to trickling water after a few minutes. What can I do to resolve this issue?
