Very solid soft-closing toilet seat that feels like it will last a lifetime. Easy to fit. The one negative is that it's made from three pieces of wood and because of the liming effect the grains don't blend together; hence the lower score.

This is an extremely good quality toilet seat. I became frustrated fitting cheaper versions only to have to change them again and again. This is not only good quality it looks fantastic.

We received our order within 3 days, however on trying to fit we discovered the plates had been installed in opposing directions. It's when a problem occurs a company really shows its merit and Victorian plumbing were exceptional. I emailed (with photos of the problem) and received a reply the next day. They apologised and arranged a replacement and for the faulty seat to be collected. I even had someone ring to check if the new seat was okay. The seat itself is comfortable and looks good, Thank you to everyone involved with ensuring our satisfaction.
