Keep a screwdriver handy

Like the bath taps, the heads on these will sometimes need tightening to prevent them wobbling. I do not know why tap manufactures insist on using a plastic retaining nut under the taps, as this limits the amount of force which can be applied and makes the taps prone to movement. Otherwise they are nice solid taps.

Hi John, Unfortunately, the cartridges are classed as a 'serviceable part' and so are not covered under the 10 year guarantee. These are covered for 1 year from the day the product is received. Call us on 01704 339 982 for advice on replacement parts. Thank you! Shaun

Hi John, Our minimum recommended pressure for this product is 0.5 BAR. However, the flow rates for 0.2 BAR are given at 9.1 Litres Per Minute; this will provide enough water from the tap to work effectively. Thanks! Shaun
